Summer Porter is a second year English and Entertainment and Media Studies major at the University of Georgia. Writing is her happy place.
At any given moment there is a 97% chance she is consuming an ungodly amount of coffee, forcing someone to watch La La Land, or being a dork about language. Please feed her addiction and send all film and literature recommendations her way.
LEAH ROTHMAN / WRITER
Leah Rothman was born in Falls Church, Virginia but grew up in Atlanta. She started writing at a young age, and has written hundreds of short stories. She currently attends the University of Georgia as a double major in English and Entertainment and Media Studies. This project is based off a short story, Vice Times Seven.
SAVANNAH THORNTON / WRITER
Savannah Thornton is a senior at the University of Georgia in the honors program. She is double majoring in Entertainment and Media Studies as well as English. Her hobbies include reading, buying seven-dollar lattes, and of course, writing. Writing has been a passion of hers since she was a child. Stories have always been a comfort to her, whether told through the pages of a book or on a movie screen. Her favorite characters understood her when no one else did, and they have inspired her to tell her own stories. She has written several short screenplays, as well as one of feature length. She enjoys all types of writing, including poetry and prose. More recently, she has developed and explored her passion for cinematography as well.
